A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Frequently Asked Questions
A few little things you might want to know before we begin.
Plans & Working Hours
What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
Both plans come with the same services, so it really comes down to how much support you'd like. Standard includes 6 hours of support a day for $500/month, while Pro gives you 12 hours a day for $850/month. Both run Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off. You can choose whichever feels right for you and your day-to-day.
What are your working hours?
My working day starts at 9 AM, and the finishing time depends on the plan you choose. Standard includes 6 hours of support per day, while Pro includes 12 hours. I work Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.
What if I have an appointment outside your working hours?
I understand that appointments don't always fit neatly into a schedule. Since I'm already handling your client communication, I'll still be available around your appointment time to help with messages and coordination.
This flexibility is specifically for appointment-related communication, though. Other tasks will still stay within your agreed working hours.
Can I choose which tasks you handle?
Of course! Everyone runs their business a little differently, and you may need more help with certain things than others. We can prioritize the tasks that matter most to you within your selected plan.
Payments
How does payment work?
Payment is made upfront before we get started. You're welcome to pay weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal and crypto payments in USDT or USDC. Gift platforms like Throne may also work, depending on availability. Unfortunately, Cash App and Venmo aren't available to me internationally, so those won't be options for payment.
How are your rates so affordable?
Administrative work is something I'm naturally good at, and it's one of the easiest parts of running a business for me. Since I work remotely from outside the US, my living costs are different, which allows me to offer more accessible rates.
I intentionally keep my work small and personal, focusing on long-term working relationships rather than taking on more clients than I can comfortably manage. This allows me to keep my rates accessible while giving each working relationship the time and consistency it deserves.
Communication & Privacy
How will we keep in touch?
Whatever feels easiest for you! We can chat through text or iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, or another platform you prefer. I usually like keeping things in writing, too, so we can both look back on messages whenever we need to.
Do you take phone calls?
I stick to messages and email rather than phone calls. It keeps everything in one place and makes it much easier for both of us to keep track of the little details. I find that written communication makes working together feel a lot more organized and straightforward.
Can you talk to clients on my behalf?
Of course! I can stay behind the scenes as your assistant, or communicate with clients directly as your voice. It's completely up to you. We'll keep things in whatever way feels most natural for you and your business.
Do you ever discuss other clients or providers you work with?
Never. Discretion is one of the foundations of my work, and I treat every working relationship as private. Even if you ask about other providers I work with, I won't share their identities, personal details, or anything about our working relationship.
The only exception would be relevant safety information that could genuinely help protect someone. Even then, I'd keep it limited to what's necessary. The same privacy and respect I give to others are what you can expect from me, too.
You're not based in the US. Is that going to be an issue?
Not at all! I work remotely, and my experience assisting independent escorts in the US and Canada has given me a solid understanding of the industry, how things work, the importance of discretion, and the kind of support you need.
Being based outside the US can actually be a plus. I'm separate from your local environment and social circles, and my role is to support your business remotely rather than get involved in your personal affairs. Your information is there for me to do my job, and that's exactly how I treat it.
Client Screening & Experience
Have you worked with high-volume clients before?
Absolutely! I'm used to handling high volumes of client inquiries, messages, and scheduling, so you can feel comfortable knowing that this isn't new to me. I intentionally keep my client list small, allowing me to provide personal support while maintaining a workload I can comfortably manage.
How does client screening work?
Every client has their own comfort level and screening standards. Depending on what you're comfortable with, this can include a photo ID or driver's license, LinkedIn, references, and other verification methods you prefer.
Will I need to share my account passwords?
That depends on the tasks you'd like me to handle and the platforms involved. We'll figure out what access is actually needed and use the most suitable permissions available, without requesting access that isn't necessary for the work.
Website & Creative Support
Can you help with website updates and creative work?
Yes! Routine website updates and the social media support included in your plan can be handled as part of our regular work. Larger website builds or separate creative projects may need to be quoted separately, depending on what you have in mind.
Getting Started & Changes
How do I get started?
Simply reach out through the Contact page and tell me a little about your business and the kind of support you're looking for. We can talk through your needs and the available plans before getting started. No pressure to have everything figured out right away.
What if I want to change plans or end our arrangement?
That's absolutely okay. I just ask for at least one week's notice so I have a little time to plan ahead. Since I keep my client list small, changes can make quite a difference to my schedule. A little heads-up really helps, and I appreciate it.
